Sea smoke at Duck Cove
Christmas morning of 2011 this year brought lots of thick sea smoke to Duck Cove in Maine. Sea smoke is a heavy fog that collects near the surface of the water when the water is much warmer than the air, in this case the air temp was about 0 degrees f.
